FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The CompactMark G8 is a multi-functional center for laser marking.
It is entirely made of welded steel, and precision machined with ground ways and ball screws. It is configured with 3 standard positioning axes that can be expanded to 9 axes with optional “C” axis, rotating head, palletized pick and place or conveyors.
The Z axis, operated by the FlyCAD marking software, allows us to mark different thicknesses up to 400mm. All motors feature integrated encoders which can be controlled via a 3-axis joystick.
This state of the art Smart Focus Technology enables the operator to utilize the preview function. In this way, he can immediately focus and center with no effort to begin marking.
Versatility
The Compactmark G8 can be equipped with a wide variety of accessories. For example, it can be equipped with a W-axis for marking cylindrical parts, 3-axis heads for marking non-flat surfaces, and vision systems for centering and reading 2D codes.
Productivity
With the ability to mark an area of 700x450mm (using an FFL160 focal length), CompactMark G8 utilizes the movement of both the X-axis and Y-axis working plane. This makes it perfect for engraving both single parts and pallets containing hundreds of small items, always ensuring precise centering.
Stability
The frame of the CompactMark G8 is completely made of stretched and machined welded steel. After thermal stress relief, the structure is finished to create support shelves for screws and slides. This allows greater acceleration of the axles without vibration and guarantees stability and strength.
