FEATURES AND BENEFITS

The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions.

The ALW is now also available in a fiber laser version with 300 W and 450 W laser power. The fiber source has a high energy efficiency and is ideally suited for reproducible Welds, as the laser power is constant during the welding process. Welding can be carried out in CW mode or pulsed.

The welding machine is also available as an Nd:YAG laser with 200 or 300 W and offers a high peak pulse power.

The ALW is ideally suited for series applications. The NC software is integrated. Programming and teaching takes place directly on the 12.1“ touchscreen display. Additional I/Os are also available.  And also an automatic wire feed system. In toolmaking, the functions "UCS" (user coordinate system) and "individual teaching" support the operator.
